Please be aware that we do have a 48-hour cancellation policy.  If you need to change or cancel your reservation witin this 48-hour period, we will charge your credit card for a one night stay.

Credit Card is required for all reservations for incidentals.  Rooms are inventoried daily, missing or damaged items will be billed.  Towels are to be used in the rooms only, and towels which are found to be so heavily soiled that they can not be cleaned will need to be replaced, and that fee will be charged to the room.

All of our rooms are NON-SMOKING.  Those who smoke will be provided ashtrays to use on the porch or deck only, PLEASE!  Those who do smoke in the rooms will be charged a minimum of $50.00 to fumigate the room after they have left, so those with asthma and allergies can enjoy the room in pristine condition.
